TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Unless otherwise directed all work requests will be scheduled for normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm). All service requests are completed on a first come first serve basis. All time and materials expended for this work request will be billed according to our billing rates which will be provided in writing upon receipt of service request. All service requests/jobs will be billed a minimum of four (4) hour crew fee and any applicable material costs. Payment terms: Payable upon receipt of invoice. All service requests will include billable hours for a foreman and a mechanic. Leak stoppage, if any, cannot be guaranteed.
