Titan Restoration Company is a family-owned and operated business established in 2002 by Jesse and Anita Puckett. With over 30 years of experience in roofing, waterproofing, concrete repair, and façade restoration, Jesse built Titan on a foundation of quality and integrity. Anita’s background in accounting brought strong organization and business insight to the company’s operations.

Their son, Dustin Puckett, grew up in the business—working summers in the shop and on job sites before earning his B.B.A. from James Madison University. He now serves as a Project Manager and Estimator, continuing the family’s commitment to
excellence.

Titan Restoration is fully licensed and insured, and we warrant all of our work with a quality assurance guarantee. We strive to continually update and expand the quality control process within the overall management of the project, in order to be able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing construction environment.

The process begins with a thorough pre-qualification process by Titan’s professional team of highly skilled craftsmen. Throughout the project material submittals, specification sheets, and shop drawings are submitted for review when applicable. Our clients find our attention to the construction submittal process to be an unparalleled value to the project through its direct impact on the quality control process. Our project managers continuously monitor the work in progress and are on-site to ensure quality workmanship.

Jesse Puckett

Founder / Business Development

Jesse has over 30 years of experience in the restoration and waterproofing industry, beginning his career as a laborer in 1987 and advancing through project management to leadership roles. A results-driven professional, Jesse has a proven track record of meeting client needs while delivering cost-efficient, high-quality solutions. He trusts his team to manage the day-to-day operations and remains involved in client outreach, business development, and team building, ensuring Titan continues to run smoothly and successfully.

Anita Puckett

Co-Founder / Operations Manager

Anita manages the day-to-day operations of Titan Restoration Company, overseeing contracts, billing, payroll, human resources, client relationships, and marketing. Her strong organizational skills and business insight ensure the company runs efficiently and that clients receive exceptional service. As co-founder, Anita plays a central role in maintaining Titan’s high standards, supporting the team, and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.

Dustin Puckett

Project Manager / Estimator

Dustin has been part of Titan Restoration Company for most of his life, spending his teenage years working in the shop and on job sites learning the trade firsthand. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University and returned to Titan full-time. Today, Dustin serves as a Project Manager and Estimator, combining hands-on experience with business insight to manage projects efficiently and deliver high-quality results. Known for his organization, clear communication, and commitment to client satisfaction, Dustin continues to uphold the family’s values and reputation.

Corey Conrad

Project Manager / Estimator

Corey brings over 25 years of experience in commercial building restoration to Titan Restoration Company. He began his career in 1996 as a laborer and advanced through the ranks as a masonry mechanic, foreman, and on-site supervisor. Corey joined Titan in 2007 as a foreman and later served as Field Operations Manager, demonstrating exceptional leadership and technical expertise. In 2020, he transitioned to Project Manager and Estimator, leveraging his field experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong team management abilities to deliver successful, high-quality projects.

Karen Bruesch

Office Manager / Customer Liaison

Karen brings more than 35 years of diverse administrative and management experience to Titan Restoration Company. She began her career in 1980 as a legal secretary and quickly advanced into office and business management, as well as computer and telecommunications network administration. At Titan, Karen wears many hats, serving as customer liaison, accounting lead, office manager, permit expediter, meeting moderator, and even referee when needed. Her dedication, adaptability, and sense of humor make her an invaluable part of the Titan team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.
